ChangeSIM.AI AI-based simulation tool to support the introduction of new technologies in production and logistics The ChangeSIM.AI research project develops an AI-based simulation tool to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in introducing new technologies in production and logistics. It addresses the organisational and social challenges associated with these changes, particularly acceptance, communication and transparency. Generative artificial intelligence, particularly large language models (LLMs), and software agents are used to simulate potential stakeholder responses in advance. Digital personas interact within a virtual organisational environment based on their individual roles and objectives. A specialised analysis and reasoning model evaluates the simulated communication, identifies potential conflicts and highlights opportunities for improvement. This enables companies to test different change strategies before implementation and derive targeted measures to support technology adoption.
